Terms and conditions
Last updated: October 21, 2026
These terms describe the use of dgtechcorp.com, its customer portal and the digital services provided by DG Technologies di Gentile Davide. The provider's details appear below.
Each engagement's scope and commercial conditions are set out in the accepted quotation, order or contract. Visiting the website or requesting information does not constitute a purchase. These terms do not retrospectively change existing agreements and apply to paid services when incorporated into the accepted agreement, subject to mandatory law.
1. Services and scope
DG Technologies designs and develops custom software, management systems and ERP solutions, websites, web and mobile applications, integrations, automation and artificial intelligence solutions. It may also provide consultancy, hardware and software technical services, SEO activities and lead management tools within the agreed scope.
Included functionality, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, support, infrastructure and ongoing services must be specified in the offer. Website content and case studies illustrate expertise and do not replace individual project specifications.
2. Quotations, orders and changes
Before acceptance, the customer must be able to review the services, price, applicable taxes, initial charges, billing frequency, duration and termination conditions. Work starts as specified in the accepted offer; payment does not mean immediate delivery of custom software.
Requests outside the agreed scope are assessed separately. Changes to prices or schedules must be communicated and agreed before additional work begins. Submitting a change request does not itself create an additional charge.
3. Accounts, customer portal and collaboration
Depending on assigned permissions, the portal provides access to services and payments and enables collaboration on projects, tasks, issues and documents. Anyone acting for an organisation must have authority for the actions they take.
Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access to info@dgtechcorp.com. Customers supply the materials, access and approvals needed for their project; delays or obstacles are assessed together and do not automatically authorise price changes.
4. Payments and subscriptions
An offer may include a one-off charge, a monthly or annual subscription, or an initial fee combined with a recurring charge. Amounts, currency, taxes, the first billing date and any automatic renewal are those disclosed and accepted for the individual offer.
Online payments are processed through Stripe. Where provided for and accepted, renewals charge the authorised payment method at the agreed interval. The payment issuer may require additional authentication; a failed payment does not automatically cancel the subscription.
To stop renewals, use the functions available in the portal or contact info@dgtechcorp.com and identify the service. The effective date, any notice period and service consequences depend on the accepted agreement, without prejudice to mandatory rights. Cancelling renewal is distinct from a consumer's statutory right of withdrawal.
Refunds, disputes and billing corrections are assessed under the contract and applicable law. This page does not introduce a blanket no-refund policy, cancellation penalties or automatic price increases.
5. Development, delivery and support
Custom project specifications, milestones, environments, acceptance checks and delivery arrangements are agreed with the customer. Issues should be reported with enough information to reproduce them; closing a task does not by itself constitute contractual acceptance of the entire project.
Support, maintenance, hosting, backups, response times and availability commitments are included only as described in the offer. Statutory obligations and commitments expressly undertaken by the provider remain unaffected.
6. Google integrations and Telegram notifications
The Lead Generation module allows an authorised user to connect a Google account, select Google Sheets files, configure lead fields and forward notifications to configured Telegram chats or groups. It uses the permissions granted by the user and requires continued access to accounts, files and destinations.
The customer must be entitled to use and share the spreadsheet data, identify authorised recipients and check chats, bots and fields before activation. Unnecessary or particularly sensitive information must not be forwarded without appropriate safeguards and grounds having been agreed.
Expired or revoked authorisations, spreadsheet changes, provider limits, removed bots or unavailable APIs may interrupt the workflow. Notifications are not an emergency channel or a substitute for checking the source. Users can pause sources and disconnect Google in the backoffice, or revoke access through their Google account.
Disconnection stops future access and does not recall messages already delivered to Telegram. Personal data processing is governed by the privacy notice and, where required, processing agreements with the customer. Google, Telegram, Meta and Stripe are provided by parties separate from DG Technologies.
7. Acceptable use and customer materials
The website and services must not be used for unauthorised access, fraud, malware distribution, infringement of third-party rights, unlawful data collection or commercial communications lacking the required legal grounds. Bypassing access controls or interfering with other customers is prohibited.
Customers retain rights in their materials and permit their use only as needed for the engagement. They must hold the necessary rights and authorisations for supplied text, images, videos, documents, data and credentials.
8. Intellectual property
Ownership, licences, source code delivery, modification rights and permitted use of deliverables are defined in the project agreement. Paying an access subscription does not by itself transfer all rights in the software.
Pre-existing components, third-party tools and open-source libraries remain subject to their respective licences. Website trademarks and content may not be reused beyond what the law or specific permission allows.
9. Artificial intelligence and commercial outcomes
AI features may produce incomplete or inaccurate results. Before operational use, customers must arrange human review appropriate to the context and consequences of decisions. Intended purposes, permitted data and solution limits are defined within the project.
SEO, automation and lead management do not provide a general guarantee of rankings, contact volumes, sales or revenue. Specific measurable targets and commitments must appear in the agreement.
10. Personal data and confidentiality
The Privacy Policy describes personal data processing; the Cookie Policy covers cookies and similar technologies. Acceptance of these terms is not consent to marketing or non-essential tracking.
Where DG Technologies processes personal data on a customer's behalf, roles, instructions, safeguards and conditions must be addressed in the applicable agreement, including an Article 28 GDPR processing agreement where required. These terms do not replace that agreement.
11. Security, continuity and liability
Where there are concrete security risks or unlawful uses, proportionate protective measures may be taken, limited to what is necessary. Affected users will be informed where possible and consistent with security and legal requirements.
Service incidents are handled under applicable obligations and agreed commitments. This page does not exclude liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or other cases where limitations are prohibited, or reduce mandatory customer guarantees and remedies.
12. Consumers
Services are primarily intended for businesses and professionals. Where a customer purchases as a consumer, mandatory protections remain applicable, including pre-contractual information, conformity guarantees and withdrawal rights where provided by law.
For distance service contracts, the ordinary withdrawal period is 14 days from conclusion of the contract, subject to statutory exceptions and extensions. Withdrawal can be communicated by an explicit statement to info@dgtechcorp.com or the registered office, identifying the customer, service, order date and decision to withdraw. No reason is required.
Starting a service early or supplying digital content during that period requires the grounds, requests and any specific consents prescribed by law. Accepting this page alone does not waive withdrawal rights, and software customisation does not automatically exclude them. Statutory refund deadlines and procedures apply.
13. Contact, applicable law and updates
For support, complaints or clarification, contact info@dgtechcorp.com and identify the service. Italian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law.
Updates are published with their date. Publishing a new version does not itself amend existing contracts: contractual changes require the notice and acceptance procedures prescribed by the agreement and the law.
